"Staff was on point from in all areas . High end service with no pretentiousness."

"Staff needs customer service training. The way they explain things is not appropriate. “Ok, we will let you stay until 11:20 but any later than this the system will charge you.” I explained the confusion with my watch due to traveling and time difference and only asked until 11:30 am for the check out. The room was CAD 250 for one night. Checkin the lady had no clue also how to welcome me. All she said was: “I need your passport and your credit card”… very poor - no customer service . Then was not able to answer my questions as I wanted to make sure that ai won’t be double charged. Facilities were good. Simple things like a glass in the bathroom were missing."
