The room service was both quick and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with, from valet to front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. Highly recommend! "

"Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "
