"Our stay was very peaceful. The view was incredible as we enjoyed our morning coffee by the fire. Lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a well equipped kitchen were a treat."

I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund."
"When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all.

"Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "

"An amazing property with beautiful rooms and facilities. There is a large heated pool with a kids section that is awesome. There are two hot tubs that are very nice. Even with temperature outside at 50F the pool and hot tubs were comfortable. Always clean towels waiting at pool. Only negative I would say is that building "3" in the rear has a ventless roof which means that if everything is not working perfectly in the plumbing you can get some odors in the bathrooms. I would stay here again and be sure to close the bathtub drain and throw a rubber mat over the shower drain. Wonderful!"
"Had only one issue with the restaurant, it was understaffed but it was labor day weekend so it made sense. Note..salad was not great but the rest of the food was good.

"This was an excellent value for the $. Very contemporary and clean place. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. When I booked the room, I did not realize that this is a hostel with no private bathroom. But the mixed-gender bathroom was clean and had private showers and toilets. Never had to share the bathroom with other visitors during our stay. We would definitely stay here again."
