「Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!」

「I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...

「Hotel was dirty and smelled like marijuana. We were given a key to a room that already had someone in it and walked in on them. The carpet was not vacuumed in the hallways and was covered in crumbs and dirt. This place did not feel safe nor sanitary. Highly recommend avoiding. 」
