The manager had no support staff requiring long waiting periods to correct issues. The key cards didn’t work and had to wait to get that issue corrected also. The thermostat didn’t work and the temperature was 78*. The valet parking was advertised (sign in the lobby) to be $28 but we were charged $38. "
