「The staff were amazing & we enjoyed our large breakfast & as well as a delicious carvery meal on Weds evening (I believe this runs during the summer in addition to Sundays). The room had everything we needed & was nicely decorated. The reason I've had to put 3 stars is because the room was insanely hot despite the weather cooling outside (it was raining in the morning but the room was pushing 30 degrees) so we struggled to sleep. There was a fan but it didn't do a lot & really there needs to be...

「This was a very quaint hotel right in front of the harbor. We loved this property a lot as it reflected the way of life in a small fishing village. The breakfast there was very nice.」

「It was pet friendly and well located, near the beach and restaurants. We didn't realise that we needed to book breakfast in advance but the owners were very good about it and accommodated us anyway.」

「Rooms were basic but reasonably well kept. Ideal location for walks, sightseeing. Pastries are a nice touch in the room.」

「Was great and what we needed」

「Business friendly very clean」

「Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!」

「Tiny parking space but clean with good breakfasy」

「Great location, nice room excellent breakfast」

「Ancient history, located in the middle of an old fishing village. The staff helpful and friendly. The area in the bar/restaurant was quite dark. The key hole to the room was too near the door frame, making it difficult to use.」

「Polite and attentive for the duration of the stay. Room was exactly as described and shown in images. Very respectable B&B.」

「We have stayed all over Cornwall and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was quiet, relaxing and calm and the decor, calming music and room amenities made it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. The owners are helpful and pay great detail in making sure your stay is the best possible. We would definitely return」
