「Everyone was so friendly! Very well-kept property. Comfortable beds. Amazing views, in walking distance to local restaurants and shops.」

「The breakfast was very good, with hot options everyday, fresh fruit. Great bar and the food on the menu was very good. Having stayed over 2 weeks, the cleaning of the room was lacking. The toilet was only wiped down while the bowl was not cleaned, same with the shower, lots of hard water on the shower head, shower head only has one setting and the spray flooded the bathroom, bed was made everyday but the garbage was not taken out everyday. Most of the staff was friendly and helpfull」

「The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.」

「This hotel is really a motel. The photos and description did not begin to compare to the actual property. There were stains on both bedspreads, the bathroom tub/shower toilet were badly stained. The room was so disgusting we checked out 15 minutes after checking in, and decided to find other accommodations, which was difficult. The exterior room entrances were not safe. Do not stay at this property unless you're desperate.」

「Average nothing special 」

「We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

「Hotel is a bit dated, breakfast was below average with very limited healthy options, but biggest issue was the noise. Lots of contractors staying here started leveling from 04:30 and then it was constant banging of doors till 07:00」

「The road and the property were both extremely clean and comfortable. And the staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was very kind and friendly.」

「I always stay here when I visit Atlantic Beach. Being pet friendly is a huge plus the dogs love the place too. The proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The quiet at night is also very relaxing and it is only minutes to various restaurants. Will plan many more visits in the future.」

「Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up.」

「This stay was ok for the price, staff was nice and understanding about the situations we encountered. However i have a few complaints. The design of the shower is open letting water get all over the floor, sand everywhere on the floor as there are no places to put your shoes inside, not enough towels for me and my significant others two night stay, toilet clogged two separate occasions and finally had to get someone to come and fix it.
