"This property has it all. It has smart tvs, games and equipment in the garage, and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were full of anything you could need for your stay. The view of the water was amazing and the home is located only blocks from local shopping and dining. My only improvement would be to specify to guests where to park. I was a bit confused but there is parking behind the garage by the trash cans. I wasn't sure but the neighbors were kind and let me know where to park when I arrived. The host welcomed us with a nice message and snacks left on the kitchen counter. It is a great place for families to stay just be aware there are steps up to the front door and it has two stories so there are stairs inside as well. I would definitely stay again. "

"Don’t underrate this motel. I enjoy the service and the amenities are enough to do just about whatever you need. Downstairs provide plenty of space for sleeping and AC units in the rooms are perfect for the cold sleepers. Upstairs is spacious and worth the family stay with enough separation to enjoy a few days while yall explore the beach. I’ll keep coming"

"The stay was excellent! We were there for an 8 day convention. Our ages were from 62 - 84 and the elevator worked flawlessly. It was critical to our 5 star review! We also particularly enjoyed the wonderful kitchen and the grill out back. As a result, we gladly enjoyed our meals on site. I grill a wonderful steak! Cooking for 6 was a breeze!"

"The hot tub was out the first two nights. Then, we realized it was open and used it. The last night we tried to get into the pool area but discovered we needed a fob. Fortunately there was another resident who let us in the pool area with their fob. I suggest leaving us a fob or another way to enter."
