Charming 1st floor, fully furnished condo only steps to the beach and all property amenities. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 5, includes a master suite, two full baths, sleeping den with bunkbeds and a pullout sleeper sofa. Property amenities include a huge outdoor pool with water slide, year round indoor pool and hot tub, new basketball and tennis courts, putt putt golf, outdoor gas grills, playground and much more. Linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, Pac 'n Play, and coffee included!

The Cleanest Place
We really enjoyed our time here. This place was so clean. It is on the beach. Cant see the beach from this unit but the boarwalk to the beach is a really enjoyable safe clean walk. Ammenities galore. Excellent location. Host couldnt have been any better. Very clear communication and I feel he really went the extra mile!

Atlantic Beach 2024
We went to the MCAS Cherry Point Air Show and made a vacation out it at the beach. It was great. We utilized the beach, pools and hot tub. The owners communication was excellent. They texted me with important information throughout our stay. Thank you.

We had a great time. More walking than we thought to get to pools & beach, but only because we had a disabled person in our group. Condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful place. Looking forward to going again!

Sweet Family Gem
Great stay for family of 5 while we were visiting Swansboro. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed, decor was darling and it was clean. It's a quick walk to an amazing beach and the indoor/outdoor pools were awesome. Fam enjoyed mini golf, basketball hoop, waterslide and tennis courts. Property is well kept and we hope to be back. Book your stay today, you won't be disappointed!

Just pack your bags because everything else you may need is provided by the host! Very clean and comfortable condo. Excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Steve!

The property is nice and the owner was pleasant. A couple opportunities I would like to add, one being the hot water in the hallway bathroom. The bosses leaks the hot water so the shower was chilly. Two is the cover photo of the condo listed looks like the view is of the water from the condo. However, the condo is in the in the way back away from the water. We thought we would have an oceanfront view. The condo was clean and we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Wonderful getaway
This was one of the best vacations we have had. We enjoyed the property and all it's amenities. Great location, friendly staff, nonissues at all. The owner Steve was a pleasure to work with and he is great at communication. We are already looking to book our next getaway.
