The view from the back is fantastic with a great look down the cut to the sound. It's a reasonable walk to the beach and not too far to the main Atlantic Beach Oceanfront (aka "The Triangle"). For the price, we were very pleased with the amenities. The only warning is that parking can be a bit snug, especially if you're driving a full size truck. And only...

The room was clean and cozy, and overall we felt very comfortable during our stay. The only small suggestions we have would be to add a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes, a small table or shelf for toiletries, and maybe a couple more wall...
