Great location & beautiful view. Unfortunately we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the property. While the place smelled nice & clean when we arrived, that was deceiving. Everything we took out of the kitchen cabinets was dirty. Bathrooms had not been cleaned well. Sheets had hair on them from previous renters. I didn’t trust that anything was cleaned & sanitized. I was very disappointed that we had to clean the place & do laundry upon arrival. Owner offered nothing but an “I’m sorry.”

Beautiful town home! Perfect access to both the beach and the pool. The town is absolutely adorable with amazing restaurants and views. We will definitely be returning!

Great location! Loved the marina right out the back door!

Great location. We had eight people and it was perfect! Four adults and four kids. The kids loved the fishing and the little pool table. The adults loved the view. The people there were very friendly. One of the fisherman gave us four pounds of sushi grade wahoo and it was amazing! We loved it so much we talked about how we could all buy a place and live there !

be cautious

booked a stay to see my grandson. after booking the property manager warned me about ongoing construction and it was never mentioned in the listing. in the listing it shows and states beach access and kayak ramp. beach access is only for the condo behind this condo i was locked out and had to walk a mile to get back. there is no ramp for the kayak. sheets were dirty and had dog hair all over them. and floors had sand all over. after an 11 hour drive i was forced to wash all the sheets and bedspreads and clean floors. manager wanted me to wait till the next day and expected me to live in filth after spending top dollar. overall worst experience

Nice Area and Beautiful Condo

Daniel was excellent to répond in a timely manner. The condo is very nice and in a safe and quiet location. A few suggestions to help improve the next guest stay would be to have baking sheet pans and other cooking items at the condo. A little more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the place. The beds were comfy, towels were nice and thick. Another suggestion is the place will sleep 10 people but there is only room for 4 people to sit. The furniture was stained all over. Overall the stay was nice and I'd definitely return. Daniel works hard to make things right for the guest.
