"We had an excellent stay at Casa Sulla Collina and the managment company were there to welcome us on our arrival, which was very reassuring.The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location with stunning views. The property is immaculate, with a very well stocked kitchen, lovely lounge area and comfortable sized bedrooms. We enjoyed having dinner at the outdoor dining table in the evening and drinks on the terrace watching the sun set. The extensive gardens are beautiful and the pool is a welcome addition on hot days too. The location of the villa is ideal to explore some of the historic towns that are within easy reach, we particularly enjoyed Cisternino. "Very characterful property set in quiet countryside. The approach to the property was quite difficult along an unlit,quite uneven narrow track. We arrived in darkness and almost crashed our hire car into the stone walls bounding the track. We did venture. Out each day but even in daylight we had drive extremely cautiously to navigate our way to the main roads. The outside space ,particularly the seating areas and barbecue area were very good so we cooked and ate in each evening.The pool was small but served it’s purpose to cool off during sunbathing."
