A superb stay

The room had bundles of character, and was finished to a great standard. The service was also superb with great communication and helpful with parking, booking taxis, giving local recommendations and delivering breakfast in the morning!

Sara and Francesco were amazing hosts from start to finish. Sara escorted us from our car, brought home cooked breakfast each morning (brought whatever we wanted for breakfast). We felt pampered and this was the best stay we have had so far on this trip. I would come here again in a heartbeat!

Sara and Francesco are amazing hosts. Sara brought breakfast to order every morning. They were very accessible and helpful. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of historic Martina Franco. The space is very comfortable and private, but is in a neighborhood where locals still live.

Happy blend of historic property in Centro storico, beautifully renovated with all mod cons.Hosts Sara and Francesco found us free parking a couple of minutes away and helped with luggage. Breakfast was extremely generous and first class with fresh orange juice and local produce. We loved the opportunity to taste the red wine of Puglia and the capocallo.

This property was a very pleasant surprise for us as it was very unique, very cozy and located in Old Town. The host and hostess were extremely wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed during our 3 night stay. The breakfasts that they provided were over the top. GPS was a challenge in finding it, but it’s worth the effort. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

Would highly recommend this as a place to stay for a night or two. Room exactly as pictured - very comfortable, clean and a great location for exploring the town on foot. Was initially a little nervous about parking as we were arriving quite late but the hosts, Francesco and Sara, were amongst the most hospitable we’re ever had - they were in touch before our stay and personally met us on arrival to guide us to a (free of charge) parking spot, carry our luggage, and show us to the room. They have two rooms both of which step out directly onto a very quiet street and are set up beautifully. They even provided us with a welcome snack style dinner of charcuterie, cheese and a bottle of wine and personally booked us a table at a local restaurant. Breakfast was brought directly to our room - fresh coffee, croissants etc. I perhaps wouldn’t choose to stay here more than a few nights as there isn’t any outdoor space/ anything aside from the room and private bathroom but as a stop for a night or two it’s faultless. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If only all places were like this. The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Set in the old town, the room is as authentic as it gets yet still very comfortable. Th location is impossible to beat, every thing is within a short walk. The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh local produced delivered at a time to suit. The variety and portions were incredible - no need for lunch! Parking is a 10 min walk away and no worries about finding the place as they met us at the car park and walked us to the property. Rare to find a place like this. Would definitely stay again if in the region.

Wonderful Hosts and Charming Accommodation

We had the most wonderful stay thanks to hosts Francesco and Sara! They both went above and beyond to provide top tier hospitality. Upon arrival they led us to free parking and then arranged for our bags. Sara also brought us a large breakfast spread each morning based on our preferences. The room itself is very unique and charmingly decorated. It is very close walking distance to all of the historic center in Martina Franca. We would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Wonderful stay!

It was absolutely amazing! Our hosts were so wonderful we truly hope they come visit us in the States. They even surprised us with Proseco when they discovered it was our anniversary. The room is very charming & well located. Each morning they brought us a delicious breakfast to our room & checked the day before to ask what we preferred & timing. I can’t say enough positive about our lovely visit! Hopefully we will return again soon!

Die Gastgeber Sara und Francesco sind sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und wirklich großartig. Wir haben via WhatsApp kommuniziert und sie haben uns immer wieder geholfen. Der Checkin war easy, Francesco hat uns sogar bei der Parkgarage (im Preis inklusive) abgeholt und uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil es geregnet hat, hat er einen Regenschirm für uns vorbereitet. Das Zimmer ist sehr romantisch und ein Traum für jedes Paar. Wir hatten Zimmer 22. Das Zentrum der Stadt Martina Franca ist sehr nett, man findet einige nette Lokale zum Abendessen. Von Martina Franca kann man wunderbar andere Städte wie Alberobello, Monopoli, Locarotondo, Polignano, etc besuchen. Es eignet sich daher perfekt als Standort für ein paar Tage. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Che dire, anche se abbiamo dormito solo una notte, ho solo complimenti da fare. La camera ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta, pulita e curata nei minimi particolari, abbiamo trovato delle comodità che neanche in altri hotel 4 e 5 stelle abbiamo trovato, tipo spazzolini monouso,ciabatte monouso, pavimento riscaldato e anche aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè in camera, the di tutti i tipi. Nel frigobar c'era letteralmente di tutto, dalle Red Bull alla Lemon Soda, tutto incluso. Il personale super cordiale, educato e gentile, sempre pronto a risolvere tutti i problemi, anche se non ce ne sono stati. Ci hanno addirittura aiutato a trovare il parcheggio per l'auto a pochi passi dalla camera. La colazione è quella del bar, e ci hanno pure regalato dei pasticcini e prodotti tipici al check-out. Posso solo dire una cosa: a volte certe strutture private ti trattano meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle. Sicuramente ci tornerò e consiglierò questa struttura a tutti i miei amici.

Es muy difícil explicar lo perfecta que es la estadía en el Relais Santa María. Sara y Francesco son los dos muy amorosos y serviciales. El lugar es hermoso y es realmente cerca del centro del centro histórico de Martina Franca. Todo es de calidad, todo es detalle. El desaayuno fue increíble. Nos sentimos cuidados y felices. 何よりもホスピタリティが素晴らしい。宿泊施設の場所が分からずに困って近くを歩いていると、ホストが探してくれていて声をかけてくれ、無事にチェックインすることができました。また、オストゥーニへ移動するタクシー手配も快く引き受けてくれました。部屋は落ち着いたかわいい内装で、朝食は生オレンジジュースや温かいコーヒー、クロワッサン・ハム・チーズなど食べきれませんでした。イタリアの小都市巡りをする旅行者には最高です。機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

Probablemente una de mis mejores experiencias en un hotel. El servicio es absolutamente impecable. Francesco y Sara estan a tu disposición, para lo que necesites. Son habitaciones situadas en el centro de Martina Franca. Una auténtica belleza. Los desayunos de productos locales son excelentes y abundantes. Ellos ayudan en todo lo que puedan. Las habitaciones estan decoradas con gusto y son comodas. No dudaría en volver a alojarme alli , la calidad es máxima y visito todas las semanas hoteles por mi labor profesional.
