Masseria Valentina was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they could not have done more to make our stay feel special. The food was superb. Breakfast each morning was delicious, beautifully presented and full of wonderful local produce, while dinner was equally exceptional. There was such care and attention to everything we were served. Our suite was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, comfortable and full of character — and the pool was fantastic. We loved the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere of the whole masseria. It feels wonderfully special without ever being formal or pretentious. What really made our stay, though, was the people. The staff were exceptional: thoughtful, friendly and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. They created such a lovely atmosphere that we felt completely at home. This was an absolutely perfect stay and a very special part of our time in Puglia. We really didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay.

Nice hotel in a very nice location. The building has been renewed recently, the room is spacious, very clean. A good breakfast for an Italian hotel. The staff is very positive and helpful. The only thing I have considered awkward is that the toilet and the bathroom does not have a door and your roommate can hear and see everything !

This Masseria is a wonder. It is impeccably clean, elegantly designed with a caring, professional, and attentive staff. The outdoor dining was superb. The breakfast had many choices and it was simply healthy and delicious.
