The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, giving a sense of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it. If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return."
