This was our first time staying at a Sonder and we loved it. We enjoyed the location of this property. Loved that the restaurants were in walking distance. The king size bed was very comfortable, too.

It was perfect for a quick stay! Hole in the Wall was good and convenient! We could walk pretty much anywhere within a few minutes. Eatly was a block over, Grey Dog was a great breakfast hangout and transit was easy to find.The only thing I was sad about was the rooftop bar was closed Monday and Tuesday. The front desk was friendly and gave great recommendations. Would stay again.

room not ready at 4 but I was still charged full price. front desk "staff" ignores the guests - literally ignores them. hotel app stopped working and was a nightmare. had to call a service number that I could not access without the app. the lack of service ruined the experience

Great location for exploring New York

Our stay here was great. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a complimentary clean of the room half way during our stay which was a nice bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Horrible hotel, the staff was nice in the end to resolve my problems and refunded me my booking but my god it was horrible we got locked out of the hotel couldn’t get access the customer service line never worked to let us in the lobby. Highly don’t recommend staying with SONDER just pay the extra for a nice hotel like 11th and Howard basically for the same price and much better service
