"Nice"

"Awesome relaxing experience "

"Strategic location for bus and train. Nice staff service and clean room"

"The rooms were amazing as well as the room service! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Definitely worth the stay"

"Amazing staff and service! Great facilities, just as advertised."

"The hotspring was great, and the staff were very friendly. Easy access to sight-seeing and convenience store nearby, highly recommend!"

"The tub is dirty, the room is not well clean! "

"We reserved two rooms and had a wonderful stay for one night"

"First room had a window and smell issue.. they were very courteous, easily switched rooms and were nice and professional throughout our 4 day stay. No heat which is a little bit of a bummer, but overall great value for massive rooms with stunning spa room"

"A wonderful hotel and I'd stay there again. It was clean, quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the blanket was so soft. The rooms are large enough for luggage and the windows were big. It's next to transit so easy access to the airport and a bit longer to go into the city. There are only 3 elevators though and there happened to be a wedding on the 2nd floor with people going in and out while we were there so be prepared to wait a bit. Highly recommend staying there though."

"Nice hotel"

"Quiet environment, amazing ganoderma lucidum meal, friendly people"

"The staffs were very friendly & helpful. The room was kind of clean but the wall had some scratches and marks on it. The breakfast was good but mainly for vegetarians. No eggs and you can hardly find a piece of ham or meat. Shout be a great hotel if under professional renovations. Thanks !"
