「We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. "Single Podの専用バスルーム付きの部屋を予約していましたが、直前でFull Podの専用バスルーム付きにUPグレードしました。加えて騒音が気になったので、できるだけ静かな部屋にしてほしいとリクエストをしました。メールの対応はとても早くて的確でした。結果ベッドがダブルサイズになり、スーツケースが広げられるくらいの隙間が出来て滞在中快適に過ごせたので良かったでかなと思ってます。部屋も静かでした。そして当日チェックインは１５時からだったのですが、思いの他２時間近く早く到着してしまい、どうしようかと思ってましたが、すぐに部屋に通してもらえました。ただ１泊目の部屋のベッドが湿っていて、1日我慢しましたがやはり気になり、翌日伝えたところすぐに部屋を変えてもらえました。英語をほとんど喋れず通訳アプリを使ったり、しどろもどろの会話でしたが、きちんと汲み取ってもらえて良かったです。滞在中は清掃もきちんとしてくれました。ホテルの徒歩５〜７分圏内に地下鉄の駅が２つあり、グランドセントラル駅も徒歩２０分かからない立地なのでアクセスは大変便利です。"
