I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh well" feeling about our stay. That said the hotel is unique and appears to be a repurposed industrial building with very interesting and minimalist decor. It was clean both in our room as well as the common areas. The Hyatt is conveniently located and appears to be the only upscale hotel in the area.

Great location for a business stay.

The walls are paper thin, we heard every door slam shut, people in the hallways, very hard time sleeping. Housekeeping came at 9:30 am, I answered the door and the lady saw that i was half asleep and kind of walked away. Security knocked on our door to let us know if we didn’t want to be bothered, have the sign up of do not disturb. I was confused because we literally checked in the night before and didn’t expect housekeeping to come already. I also did not say one word to the housekeeping lady or caused an issue so i don’t get why security had to come and say something. We also got charged for the parking garage that we DID NOT use because it was full. We explained it at check out and they still charged us THEIR price versus the other parking garage even though the other parking garage was cheaper. We will not be staying here ever again.

Excellent service

Property was clean but a little dated. Extremely small older model tv with no movie channels. We were there on a Sunday and the bar was barely open. The location was good for the district venue for the show we were seeing. Pool looked clean.
