When we had issues with the linens needing to be changed I called our host she was super responsive and immediately had housekeeping there to rectify our issues. "Was unable to enter the unit as the key was not available in the Lockbox. Landing (the rental company) was unable to locate the key, which was apparently with the cleaning staff, who were unavailable. We ended up having to rent another property for our visit."

"a really good location and good price for 3 bedrooms. The floors were a little dirty, we needed a 2nd roll of TP (the roll provided was not full), and we would have preferred to have top sheets. The towels and toiletries were a nice touch."
