"The place is clean and safe and well located. The staff are friendly. I’m updating review after multiple stays because: The digital system doesn’t work and requires more staff effort to go back and fix errors. Trying to save money by skimping on little things is obvious: the fancy coffee maker in the guest lobby is always out of milk, the fancy refillable shampoo and soap dispenser in each shower is broken because it’s cheaply made. The elevators are often not working."

"The room was dated. The carpets were stained, so was the bathroom door frame. The hallways were dark and dim. The front lobby area was nice, light and looked nice. I thought the parking fee they charge their guests was absurd. I won’t ever be coming back I’m sorry to say."

It seems like it’s old and like not clean the second day they didn’t they didn’t clean the room at the morning. We were expecting them as usual every hotel but the morning each morning usually people coming cleaning the room, but they didn’t clean it."
