「You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. 「I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to for Surfsand Resort. We loved this place! The views were phenomenal, the check-in was amazing (beers for the adults; cookies and ice cream for the kiddo), the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will be back!」

「The entire stay was very nice. Parking was convenient. Registering was a breeze with staff very pleasant. Room was clean with a view to die for. Some things in the room needed upgrading ( paint was chipping in some areas and toilets need to be upped to 17-19 inches) but overall…….9/10!」
