"I paid $80/night and could walk right out onto the beach. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Some poor DIY decisions it looked like but that's ok. Water could have been hotter in the shower. It is like an extended stay place too so ppl do be living there and whatnot. Dope for the price if you love the beach and just need a spot to wash and sleep."

"Room was dirty, and had roaches. A lot of vagrants and shady people around, loud voices 24 hrs. none stop."

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."

"host did not respond to issues after initial contact on Friday evening. furniture in disrepair, Dryer did not work, found mouse droppings in upstairs bathroom. leak found from upstairs Bath to lower bath and was blamed by owner when he finally responded early Monday am. (check out 10 am Sunday am)"

"Very nice place to stay. Convenient and spacious. The host was very accommodating and the ease of checking in was wonderful. I wish the weather was better because they had a beautiful backyard with a grill and I would have taken advantage of that. The house and rooms were very spacious and it had a warm like home feeling. I would definitely stay again and certainly recommend highly. Thanks Danya"

"The host informed us THIS house was not available on the day of arrival. He switched us to a “cottage” in the backyard. It was filthy, stinky, torn and stained furniture and carpet, with stopped up sink and no heat. It was a duplex with no washer/dryer and doors off hinges leaning on the walls. We left and got a refund, but buyer beware the bait and switch from this host."

"Overall a good time was had by the family. Family was being a family with family noises inside of the house and we were told we weren't quiet enough according to the noise alert system they had in the house. So be sure you are quiet when you use the outside areas of the home..also you may want to bring your own/additional towels and paper goods (plates,cups, toilet paper and trash bags ).The property is listed as pet friendly so keep that in mind as to where pets may lay... I don't have any pets but was very aware of past visiting pets presence.."
