"We stayed here unexpectedly when we needed to wait an extra day to fly home. The hotel is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. We appreciated the Family Mart in the lobby and the all the included shuttle options."

"I was warmly greeted by a lady upon arrival to the hotel lobby. She was warmed and friendly while assisting me to check in. I am unable to catch her name tag as it was written in Japanese but I will remember her face and smile. Friendly and approachable yet professional in her work. Hotel was clean and neat upon arriving. The shuttle bus amenity to airport and Aeon Narita is superb and super convenient. Breakfast choices was good with wide selection of both international and local choices. Room was clean and neat too and comes with bathtub which is convenient to use."

"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. I was able to check in early for no extra fee, at about 11:30 am, which I really appreciated. The staff were very responsive to my emails before I arrived too. So, so nice. My room was very comfortable and warm. Great view in my room of the planes departing from the airport. The shuttle bus was great and I had time to look around Narita town before flying out of Japan the next day."

"The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect."
