"We booked only 1 night here because it was close to the airport and I knew we would be tired after such a long flight. It was okay for only one night. I wouldn't book here again though. Cleanliness is really important to me and for that reason alone I wouldn't recommend to anyone whose preferences are for a prinstine clean room. When we arrived to our room, I saw there was a hair on the toilet seat and in the tub. :( The lights in the room are strange too. You can't dim or shut off most of the"

"Lovely hotel, great service, great restaurant. Very easy to catch a cab to get around. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was really dirty. Our bed had stains on the blanket and hair that wasn't ours. The walls and carpet has spills and stains on them. The wall has black mold on it as well. The pool was thick with black mold and definitely needs to be pressure washed. We booked to be close to the airport and thought the "Zen Garden" with he koi was a nice touch, except the koi pont had garbage floating in it and the Zen Garden was sub par. Over all of wouldn't stay here again. It felt gross. The staff over all was helpful when coming to them with complaints. The hotel has a 24 hour family Mart which awas nice and a free shuttle to the airport. "

"One thing I’d like to highlight is the staff, they have been one of the nicest people I’ve talked to in Japan; even though I speak a bit of Japanese they speak excellent English and of course it makes everything easier. When you talk to them in Japanese, they answer in Japanese and that’s something I personally appreciated much since I look forward to practice. And considering the excellent rate I paid for my two day stay, this is golden!"
