Simply perfect experience! Excellent balance between western and Japenese traditional style. Location is excellent too.
Highly recommended.
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Lots of small shops to walk to and explore. The staff were kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here.
The room was immaculate and very well appointed. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds. I’ve experienced in the hotel. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful.
The property was located on a very historic street which made exploring the area a ton of fun. The staff was incredible and even made sure we didn’t get wet from the downpour when walking out to our Uber when leaving.
Nice spot in the small town of Narita. The hotel takes a lot of effort to ensure the rooms are quiet and dark at night. The price seems a little high given the size of the town and the quality of the hotel. For example, the Hilton Kyoto comes to approx $50 USD less per night.
