Rooms are small, but normal for Japan, very clean and in a great area with shops and restaurants."

The basic rooms are pretty small, but the larger two-twin bed rooms and two-twin couch rooms are closer to what you might expect in a European or American budget hotel. Location is convenient, but definitely still has a touch of the red-light-district after dark. Still very safe though. Denny's downstairs is convenient for tourists but I beg you, do not eat there, there are two dozen better options within 5 minutes walk."
