「Expensive for what you got, but a lovely room and great location. Very thin walls and noisy though. Was woken up at 7 am on Saturday by a generator for power washing right outside my window (literally against the wall of our room, for hours). They said it was not theirs and offered little sympathy and no kind of compensation or discount. For $800 a night that was pretty disappointing from a customer service standpoint.」

「Basic building was good. No management visible on site. Breakfast selections were bare minimum. Housekeepers were friendly and attentive. Geographic location was was great. Price of room (and everything else on Nantucket) was shockingly expensive.」

「Access to tourist spots was convenient and good. The concierge service is also great.」

「The staff was extremely helpful. They greeted me with a smile, took care of my luggage, and allowed me unlimited use of the hot water in the lounge 24 hours a day so I could have a cup of tea. The water power of the shower and the output of the hair dryer were fine. The rooms have a view of the sea and are very clean and pleasant.」
