"Awesome location for an overnight stop while doing the full Road to Hana Loop...allowed us to leave a little later to start the drive, enjoy sunrise and the black sands beaches before the crowds showed up and get out of town early. Condo was perfect for the two of us and falling alseep to the sounds of waves crashing 100 yards away was magical. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is an old home that has been converted to a VRBO. There were two beds inside, but we slept on the lanai. If you want modern, this isn’t the place. If you want to experience quiet Hāna, I would recommend it for your stay. "

"John was fantastic and waited for me to arrive and helped guide me through the parking to get into the property. Any changes he made he made the effort to contact the massage therapist. The morning breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. Overall I would stay here again, if you are looking for peace, comfortable space and great staff then this is your future location while in Maui."

"If you're looking for a perfect place to rest, recharge and relax the Hana-Maui Resort is just the place We decide that we wanted to experience all the The Road to Hana had to offer, so we stayed two nights at the Hana-Maui Resort. From the moment we were greeted, until the moment we left, we felt well cared for. The staff was kind, available and friendly. The Bungalow was better than expected (when does that ever happen?) and the stay over in Hana allowed us to experience almost every stop on the Road to Hana (that we wanted to stop at). You won't be disappointed. "

"Very nice bed and breakfast located in Pukalani, a/k/a upcountry Maui. Located in a residential area, it is a great location to start any activity in Maui. Pros: Large clean climate controlled room area, comfortable bed, multiple seating areas, 2 head shower with very good water pressure, strong wifi signal, kitchenette nicely furnished, free off-street parking, convenient to local shopping and golf course. Check in was effortless and the host provided some welcome gifts which enhanced our visit. Cons: Really nothing other than a couple of steps inside which can catch you off guard in the dark. Motion activated lights worked well along the entranceway, but those located in the interior areas needed some maintenance. Plenty of interior light, but like other converted B&Bs, the light switch locations are sometimes awkward. The host has labeled each switch as to it's function, so it doesn't take long to figure things out. The other reviews citing noise issues were unfounded other than noises normally associated with a residential area. Photos accurately represent the accommodations. I would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again and would recommend it highly. "
