    Enjoy ocean views from your bed, kitchen, lanai (covered deck), & private yard. The Kristiansen Family offers guests fresh eggs, herbs, and vegetables from the garden when ready for harvest.

We stayed while the storm was passing through, I believe this was the only place on the road to Hana which had power and water as they are self suffiecient. The gardens were gorgeous and Michael and Terry were very good hosts. The location was exactly as described in the listing.

Perfect experience to end our stay on Maui. In the rainforest/exotic plant/farm way of living. Terry and Michael should be guides for us all, in sustainably practices. Waking to the chirping birds, fresh eggs, walks in the gardens, scents of beautiful flowers/plants. Natural nourishment for our senses and souls. Cannot explain by words, one must experience it. (Clean minimalist cottage with all the amenities including much appreciated laundry). Hope to be back someday. Mahalo.

This was our second stay at Terry's wonderful cottage. We can't recommend this place enough. The cottage's setting is nestled in the trees overlooking the blue waters off of the Hana coast. Privacy and serenity are what this place is all about. It's the perfect home base for exploring this side of the Island without the rush. Lots of extras are included like beach chairs, coolers, towels etc. We will return!

Such a lovely and peaceful place! Everything we needed was there. Comfortable bed, all bathroom amenities supplied and resident outdoor kitty named “Cat” was the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved our stay at Etabeni Cottage in Maui. This was the perfect retreat! Our hosts, Michael and Terry, were so sweet and accommodating. They communicated to us before-hand on how to drive the famous road to Hana which led to an amazing experience. The cottage was beautiful and we loved listening to the rain fall at night. Loved strolling through the property and looking at all the plants and flowers growing. We also loved the fresh farm eggs for breakfast which reminded us of home. Thank you for having us! If we ever get a chance to come back to Maui, we would definitely stay again!

Amazing host and gorgeous property

Terry made our stay very comfortable through her personal greeting and tour of the cottage once we arrived, as well as all amenities available such as fresh eggs and bananas. The cottage and surrounding property are stunning, and her cute cat who lives on the lenai loved to hang out with us. Only wish we could have stayed longer, would stay here again!

We stayed at Entabeni Cottage in Hana for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience. Terry and Michael were wonderful hosts. They were warm, responsive, and shared great recommendations on local places to visit and things to do. The property is beautiful and perfectly secluded. The gardens are stunning and the ocean view is spectacular. Fresh eggs and garden herbs were a wonderful treat. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and genuine Hawaiian hospitality. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful Cottage to Relax

Last day of our travels we were welcomed in my Ms Terry and shown the ropes of the cottage. She pointed towards a path where we got to see there beautiful garden. Great stay to relax.
