"Dinner and breakfast options are 6,7pm we requested 7pm just walk up around 6 to look around and realized everything was preset so my food was sitting there an hour before I eat kinda sucks "

The gym/pool was not free even though i had a suite and the buffet had a good variety but it was hell to walk around. The open air bath was really far away and was given 1 water bottle because i was solo? Again, on a suite? There may seem to be a lot of issues but it was still better than most 4 star hotels."

"It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too. "
