"What a lovely stay in this hotel during our family retreat to Enakyo. This is our first time visiting the beautiful town and our experience has been a very positive one. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and the onsen is enjoyable. The room we stayed is properly sized for the three of us, there is no shower within our room, but the public bathhouse was enjoyable. Will definitely visit again."

"An amazing experience and stay! We spent two nights in the ryokan and it was a highlight of our trip. The food is exquisite and we were served an array of traditional, creative and beautiful dishes which we very much enjoyed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and did everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. They also offered us transfers to the nearby beautiful Majome-Juku from where we walked along the Nakasendo trail and experienced the stunning Japanese countryside and...

"トイレ付きの和室を利用しました。子連れにはトイレ付きで正解でした。どこも清潔感があり快適に利用できました。ご飯も美味しかったです。朝食のパンがとても美味しくて、いつもご飯派の娘も喜んで食べていました。ホテルと違う部分はありますが、とてもリーズナブルですし満足です。わんちゃんも可愛かったです！"

"ロケーションが駅から少し離れていたので飲食店など選択肢に限りがありますが、入った店がとても良かったので全く不満なしです。チェックインはQRコードでタッチパネルでログインできたかと思いきや、その後カウンターでスタッフに確認などあり完全自動ではないので結局順番待ちすることになってしまったのが少し残念です。 あと、ドアは暗証番号で開錠するのですが、手順にはない最後に”E”（Enter?）を押さないと開きません。色々試して飽きましたが書いておけば済む話です。 室内は綺麗だし必要十分な設備だし、コンテナならではの静かで隣を気にしなくて良いので水回りの音も気にならないので最高です。また、電子レンジも室内にありビジホより快適。 駐車場は自分の部屋前に止められると思ったら、自分の部屋前には駐車場がなく、少し離れた場所に停めました。これは大きなマイナス点です。"
