"The staff were amazing; they all went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Right till we had to leave for the airport. Because we had a late flight, they shuffled room assignments to allow use to have a late checkout, so as to not have to spend long hours at the airport."

"Very helpful and friendly staffs. Front reception Ashok, Anish, Nauton, Nisha and other housekeepers staffs, kitchen staff all of them were very helpful and polite while we stayed there for 11 days. It located in very quiet place which gives peace vibe. Sometime the AC doesn’t work makes the room really hot. It’s better for management to think about updating advance AC or new AC before guests complain about it. We had to changed the room couples times because of AC didn’t worked properly."

I had one of the best massages I have ever had at the spa. The restaurant had great food and the morning buffet had a lot of variety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. When I come back to Kathmandu I will definitely stay here again."
