Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Anniversary Getaway

Super clean, cozy and room was just as pictured. Great view of the ocean. Unit has small refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The only thing that I could suggest would be a direct contact phone number or email for any issues or questions rather than through the apps. We didn’t have any issues but would have felt better if we had someone to contact directly, if needed or if we had questions.
