"The hotel is new, cleaned and chic. Only drawback is their drivers don’t speak English and there is only 1 restaurant. Hotel offers pick up and drop off at train station, all the ski parks nearby and restaurants between 9-6. breakfast buffet was great and their front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. "Overall very nice accommodation and the shuttle driver was very nice. However, whoever actually manages the property really needs to do better with communication. The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. I had to try to contact them multiple times and also had to reach out to hotels.com multiple times. I’ve been to Japan to snowboard before, I don’t need my hand held. However, traveling...
