「場所も施設も最高です。」

「家族にオススメです。朝食も良く部屋も快適。水上バスは3番の路線駅から歩いて5分です。ホテルの専用タクシーもありますが、船は小さいため水上バスが良いです。またベネチアに行く機会には必ず利用します」

「ムラーノを満喫したい時に使うホテルです。 一回目は部屋が水浸しでだめになってしまったからと、普通のアパートみたいな場所に案内されました。もちろん値段は変わらず。行く間にもキャリーケースを橋があるたびに持ってくれたりと大変親切でした。 二回目にやっと天窓のある最上階に宿泊。天井が低くて若干の圧迫感はあったものの、屋根の形にそっていて、内装やベットカバーも可愛く快適に過ごせました。 フロントの方は良く変っていたのですが、一人は日本語も通じ、荷物も鍵付きの部屋に預かってくれて助かりました。 ムラーノに行く時はまた利用します。」

「We had an overnight in murano and it was just what we needed. Beautiful location and just a few minutes away from venice by water taxi just outside the door. It was comfortable quiet and a lovely getaway.」

「Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. 」

「This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than...
