「The staff worked hard to please. The beds were very comfortable.」

「The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast...

「The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up. Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there...

「The female receptionist on Oct 10 morning was so unfriendly and rude. (Is she a racist???) That's why my evaluation is low and I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends. All other receptionists and staff except her are very very helpful and friendly.( I liked them. )Breakfast coffee is good and room view was nice. 」

「The room was okay but one of the beds was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very loud. We only stayed on the Avid side because it offered “breakfast “. Eggs, potatoes, bacon crumbles. Out of yogurt even though there weren’t many guests. Not the best. If we come again, we will stay on the Holiday Inn side. 」

「We were so pleased with our stay at Homewood Suites The Gulch in Nashville, TN. The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The lobby was pretty with a great view of the Gulch area. Our room was perfect ! So clean and comfortable. We had our room refreshed each day which is typically not done at other hotels. There was always fresh coffee/water/tea available 24 hr. in the lobby. 「I decided to stay here because the hotel is close to my office. It was good choice. I had good rest in the room with a king size bed and exercised in the fitness room. I also enjoyed complimentary breakfast with beatiful song, which a woman sang in the lobby at morning. If security box was in the room, my stay was perfect. Online check-in and check-out by free app of the hotel were very convenienct for me. Thank you for your good service.」
