I stayed there for 2 nights to visit my friend and attend my school near the hotel. The hotel is located perfectly right next to the Tsukuba Express train station. Although I didn’t need to get a room before 15:00 check-in time, I wanted to make sure I could check in before midnight. The hotel staff was very kind to check in with me at 12 noon (without giving me a key) to guarantee my easy arrival. The hotel is very clean with a nice size public hot spring bath. The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and the room was pretty. I wish I was able to book a bigger room, but I assume those fill up fast. It was myself and my 17 and 8 year old. We were spending 15 days in Japan so we had a lot of luggage, too much. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. I got the breakfast package and we had...

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk.
Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return.

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a...

Loved the location. I stayed at a Lotte Brand hotel in Busan, South Korea this year so I wanted to stay in one in Tokyo & it did not disappoint! Access to both the Tokyo Metro and the JR trains are in the same station and about one block away from the hotel. The hotel is in the same building as a Book-Off on the 3rd floor, a Tsutaya Book/CD Store on the 2nd Floor, a Seven Eleven on the first floor, and some eateries also in the building. The reception desk is on the 4th floor – so take the...
