「They say you get what you pay for and I truly danced to the tune of the sayings. The staff were very welcoming and professional and the facilities were topped notch although we spent less time in the facility.
If there is any one thing I can change then I will recommend renovation of the bathroom floor. The floor does not befits a modern day hotel.」
「One night stay at NHOW. Very modern and chic rooms. All with a British royalty theme. Hair dryer and iron and ironing board in room. Plenty of plugs and usbs in the room. Staff were very friendly and present on reception at all times. Luggage facility available too」

The staff were kind and always responded politely. They helped me when my room key didn't work and keep our luggage while we took a short trip outside London.
The room was stylish and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
It was convenient to take the Elizabeth Line directly from the airport. It was also easy to walk to the hotel with my suitcase.
I would like to stay here again when I visit London!」

「Cerca de una terminal de metro y tren, te queda cerca a pie si llegas del aeropuerto, cerca de las paradas de bus, cafés y restaurantes al rededor, es un depto. Tiene cosina, microondas y horno, cuanta con lavandería gratuita. No tiene tanto espacio para colocar la maletas, el ascensor no servía. Y nadie limpia el dpto a menos que solicites el servicio con cargo. 」
