The space
The property is set on a huge private lot with a paved driveway capable of accommodating 12 vehicles. I live upstairs, and downstairs is your separate space. Private entrance ensures total anonymity.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Excited to announce that we have invested close to $40,000 towards connecting the property's water and sewer infrastructure to the City. Unfortunately, prior to this momentous achievement, the water was supplied by a deep well where the water was not treated. Future guests will now be able to fully enjoy all of the conveniences we offer without the inconveniences of a sub par water quality.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and single beds and are allergen free due to the newly installed wood floors. In addition, if need be, the sofa in the living room opens up into a bed for two.
NOTE: Bathroom is a shower-only facility.
The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster convection oven, a dual hot plate, mini fridge, and a microwave.
