「This property was the most run down and misrepresented hotel I have ever stayed at. VERY misleading on what it actually is. I can’t believe it is still able to operate from a safety and health standpoint. We had planned to stay three nights but after only one night we bolted and are being denied a refund. Dubuque, Iowa, is 30 minutes away. There are a lot more things to do there. 」
