"C’était propre et le personnel vraiment courtois. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché (difficile de se brosser les dents!) et l’air climatisé faisait beaucoup de bruit ce qui est désagréable quand on veut s’asseoir dehors."

"We had a very clean minimal room with a queen bed for one night. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay and we watched it pour over the lake, sitting on the covered porch just outside our room. A lovely rain forest scene. Windows in room can open for wonderful night breezes, no need for a/c. "

"I would have to dig very deep and be very petty to find something to complain about regarding my stay at Ermitage du Lac in Mont-Tremblant. This was my first ever visit to Tremblant, and I was not quite certain what to expect. Upon arrive the check in process was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with some nice touches like fancy fixtures. In short, everything you would want from a hotel room. The underground self parking is secure, and the property is located alongside the pedestrian village so it’s super convenient. I will definitely stay here again."
