「We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able...

「We love this Unit at the Maui Eldorado. It has everything you need and its beautifully put together. Our host, Jenny is lovely to work with and can answer all your questions before you even know to ask! The weather wasn't perfect and we had a power outage but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. Already looking forward to 2027!」

「There is no way we should have been charged for a "rollaway bed" ($39 per night). The rollaway bed was only supposed to accommodate those under 70 lbs. I don't know many adults under 70 lbs. The property was listed as sleeping 8, it only slept 6 comfortably. Lots of extra charges made our stay less than affordable. Very disappointed with the amount of money we spent vs. what we got for that price.」
