「3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。」

「This place was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable. The back deck was a Hawaiian escape all on its on with the trees, greenery, birds, and cute geckos. The coffee shop, Island Vibes, across the street is so dang good. They knew my name after day two. The location is fantastic. It’s so close the Nāpili Bay. We would definitely stay...

「Quiet neighborhood setting. Nice backyard for relaxing. Well equipped with beach accessories including snorkel gear. Large whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Be prepared for carrying luggage to second floor.」

「Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is」

「Everything we needed and little we didn't. Helped to have a car for travel beyond Kihei, but still a good location far enough away from downtown Kihei to feel isolated with the property itself offering plenty to keep us busy on lazy days.」

「Start with the good. Location is excellent! Beach accessories were great. Condo has air conditioning & good beds. Check in was not good. We were given the wrong entry code, which didn’t come from the owner until 10:34 pm that night. Luckily we managed to contact the caretaker who gave us his entry code. 「The washer and dryer were advertised as free but I had to pay. They are quarter operated devices and quarters were not always available. I was instructed by the host to pay for use near the end of my trip. Located on a main road I became used to the noise after a few nights.」

「Pristine stay in an unbeatable Paia location I had a wonderful stay at Hale Nihi. The property was absolutely pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities advertised. For me, though, the real standout was the location. You can easily walk to Mana Foods for groceries, as well as seemingly endless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the heart of Paia.
