「The parking for the hotel is horrible. We had to take our luggage thur the casino. Everyone we asked told us a different story about the parking we parked in the open lot and walked up that huge hill to the entrance with our luggage. The electric plug on wall by the bed didn't work, the one electric plug on the desk lamp didn't work. So all our electronics had to be placed on the desk to be charged up. Very inconvenience. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain so my husband took it out it was...

People greeted my friend and I and everyone was very friendly especially Eric. He helped us get our reservations at Mignon's when we didn't think we could get in. Megan and Jayden were fabulous! Chris at Mignon's bar was such a cutie and very attentive as well. Ask for the 'northerner' Chris with cute curly hair!...

「The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next...

「I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in.
