「Quick family getaway for spring break, outstanding views and a great location!Wonderfull little beach place」

「Loved the property! It was an easy walk to restaurants and Pavilions. We had very good luck with street parking, but it was nice knowing the garage was available if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The owners were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. We hope to stay again soon!」

「We always enjoy our week at Chase’s cottage. We celebrated Mother’s Day, had beautiful weather and were lucky enough to add a couple of extra days to our vacation. We looked forward to having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night out on the new deck furniture. Until next time!! 」

「Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. 」

「This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. Host was communicative, and helpful most of the time. Overall we enjoyed our time here. It just could have been better if someone had made sure...
