Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport Mall of America
Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning.

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
Barely seen any staff in the hotel, can’t bring any carry in alcohol even if staying in the hotel. Security will check coolers and make you take it back to your car. You’ll be stuck buying 6 dollar beers when you just want a night cap after losing on their tight machines.

We were upgraded to an executive suite. It was incredibly nice!! Very clean. Well stocked. Great view! We had access to the lounge and there were many great options for food and drink.
