The only thing was that maybe you could replace/clean some of the stuff in the cupboards with newer cleaner things. Oils were a couple of years old and things seemed unclean. 「Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. 「This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. 」

「Unusually spacious and beautifully decorated three bedrooms with two full baths which is hard to find. We enjoyed gathering each evening in the combined living and dining area with extra seating in the kitchen area. The rental was very comfortable for our family group of three to five during our two week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and dishware etc. However, no food items or spices were supplied except coffee and tea so we brought a few things with us and...

「Excellent stay」

「My Wife had to have surgery at Stanford. This lovation was perfect. Clean, Quiet, and nice area to walk around. Plenty of food within walking distance as well as whole foods!!! Great stay will stay again for all our Stanford!!! Host was great and respined quickly to any and all questions or requests.」

「Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. 」
