"During our stay, we had several complaints but i'll just list a few below. 1. The room was visibly underkept. Under the bed, we could see trash from people previously there. Next to the bed on the far right side, there was a toy left on the ground, also from someone who previously stayed there. Additionally, there were several stains all around. Something that looked like a splatter on the window, and stains on the base of two of the lamps. Furthermore, the trash bins in the room had no bags in them and none were provided. 2. The sink in the living room area didn't run. Each time someone was in the bathroom, we'd have to wait before we could wash our hands which quickly became annoying. 3. Breakfast was cold and always ran out quickly. I'm an athlete and I travel a lot, so whenever we book hotels, we intentionally pick those with good breakfast reviews. However, selections were very limited and the eggs, bacon, waffles, and sausage were all cold. The next day, the bacon and waffles already out by 9:30 AM and were not refilled. 4. There was an exposed outlet in the living room. Behind the couch, there was an exposed outlet that wasn't taken care of at all. This was one of our biggest concerns, as we had a kid with us in the room. 5. One of the outlets next to the bed wasn't working 6. And probably the worst of all, the bathroom toilet was very underkept and dirty. Inside it near the top, there was black residue and was very nasty to look at. "

"This is our second stay here and everything was perfect! We enjoyed a quiet, toasty, warm room, welcome cocktails, and a complimentary breakfast. Looking forward to our return in August!"

"Small but functional room. Everything you need. Pleasant decor. Comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom (small but functional). Quiet. Very warm and hospitable staff. Parking across the street (private garage). Thanks for the excellent coffee and water (sparkling or still) in the lobby and the water stations on each floor with refillable bottles."

"I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel but overall it was pretty good! The hotel bed is extremely comfortable and I also loved the shower pressure. They’re going through a lot of renovations right now and I do hope they get mini fridges in the rooms but they did have a coffee maker so that was great! "
