"Excellent hosts, very comfortable and clean! It felt brand new! The views of the lake and the fall colors were gorgeous. We even saw a bald eagle twice while we were there. Locally owned restaurants are nearby and the bike trails were very accessible. The kitchen was full size and felt like home. We would definitely book again!"

"Just the facts...we had many safety concerns. Deck was unsafe due to railing being detached, exposed wiring along path leading down to the dock. Junction boxes detached or dismantled along the path as well. When the owner/property manager was presented with these issues, the response was quite frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for safety concerns, it was stated that everything was up to code. Basically they didn't care. Renter be ware...the pictures are perfectly taken/staged to hide a lot of oddities. Other odd things throughout as well, layout of the bathrooms is strange, extension cords everywehere, non workig fireplace remote due to animal bites. The home is older, and it shows big time! The price point is way to high for the experience you will have. I have stayed in much nicer places for way less money. They want you to cover the cost of poor investment choices.On a postive note, Bentonville is a real fun town!! We loved the mountain biking trails and great food options. The kids loved the pool table in the lower level as well. I would definitely advise you to find a different place to stay, this place is not worth the money!!"

"We booked two properties for a large event in Bella Vista for this stay and this was one of the two. The overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend this location. We started off an ounce rough with others outside of the property itself leaving a small problem with a mess that has nothing to do with the owner of the property itself. I notified M who quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure the small problem was handled. Don’t be deceived by the outside of this complex. The way the owner has remodeled the inside makes this an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable, cool and roomy. The kitchen had exactly what we needed and there were games that led to fun times. Outside of a hiccup at arrival that was outside of the owners control, I don’t have anything but 5 star words for this property. The fact that the owner went above and beyond makes it 5 star plus. There are a lot of options out there, but you won’t go wrong booking this property for your family fun. "
